Refunds, cancellations and returns

Please review features, requirements, credit allowance, expiry and price before paying. FabCall provides prepaid digital access. We generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the purchase has been fulfilled or credits have been used.

There is no automatic renewal to cancel. You can stop using the service and choose not to purchase another term. Unused credits expire under the terms shown at purchase. Physical returns do not apply to this digital service.

If you were charged twice, paid but did not receive access, or believe the service was materially misdescribed, contact help@fabcall.in with your payment reference. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not remove statutory rights.

Any approved refund is returned through the applicable payment method. We will communicate its expected processing time when approved; bank and payment-provider processing can vary.
